A mobile notary comes to your preferred location, such as your home, workplace, hospital, nursing facility, or another convenient location, rather than requiring you to travel to an office. 

 We provide mobile notary services throughout the Houston area and surrounding communities. Based in Missouri City, we have easy access to the Houston Metro area. Travel fees may vary depending on your location, so feel free to reach out wherever you are in Texas.

Karsyn Heyen Notary Services can notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, and many others. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific document.

You will generally need the document you want notarized and a valid, acceptable form of identification. Your document should be complete, except for any sections that are specifically intended to be completed during the notarization. 

A current, government-issued photo ID is generally required. Acceptable identification may include a Texas driver's license, Texas identification card, U.S. passport, or other identification permitted under Texas law. 

Not necessarily. Some documents must be signed in the presence of the notary. Please wait for instructions from your document provider or notary before signing. 

Yes. Mobile appointments can be arranged at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other care facilities. Please let us know about any special access requirements when scheduling. 

Witness requirements vary depending on the document. If witnesses are required, please let us know when booking so we can discuss whether witness coordination is available and whether additional fees apply. 

 Payment options include online payment through a personalized invoice link or cash. Payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. 

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee; see our cancellation policy for more details.
